Swansea City Football Club is a professional football club based in Swansea, Wales, that plays in the English Football League Championship, the second tier of English football. The club was founded in 1912 and play their home matches at the Liberty Stadium. They have won the Football League Cup twice, in 2013 and 2017, and the Football League Trophy twice, in 1994 and 2006.
