They have won seven league championships, four CONCACAF Champions League titles, two Copa MX titles, and one Campeón de Campeones. They are one of the most successful and popular clubs in Mexico and all of Latin America. Their home stadium is the Estadio Universitario, which has a capacity of over 40,000.
