Sheffield Wednesday Football Club is an English professional football club based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The club competes in the EFL Championship, the second tier of English football. The club was founded in 1867 as an offshoot of The Wednesday Cricket Club and play their home matches at Hillsborough Stadium. The club has won four League titles, three FA Cups, one League Cup, and one FA Charity Shield.
