Karlsruher SC is a German association football club, based in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg. The club currently plays in the 2. Bundesliga, the second tier of German football. Karlsruher SC was founded in 1894 and has won the German championship in 1909 and 1924. The club has also won the DFB-Pokal in 1955 and 1956.
