Crystal Palace Football Club is an English professional football club based in Selhurst, London. The club plays in the Premier League, the highest tier of English football, and competes in all three domestic cup competitions. Crystal Palace was founded in 1905 at the famous Crystal Palace Exhibition building by the owners of the FA Cup Final stadium which was situated inside its historic grounds. The club were forced to leave the Palace in 1915 due to the outbreak of World War I, but returned to their home ground in 1924. The club has been a member of the top flight of English football since the 1969-70 season, spending four seasons in the Second Division and 27 seasons in the First Division. Crystal Palace have won the FA Cup twice, in 1990 and 2016.
Bristol City FC is a professional football club based in Bristol, England. Founded in 1897, the club plays in the Championship, the second tier of English football. The club's home ground is Ashton Gate Stadium, located in the southwest of the city. Nicknamed the Robins, their home colours are red and white.
