Columbus Crew FC is an American professional soccer club based in Columbus, Ohio. It competes in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. The Crew began play in 1996 as one of the ten charter clubs of the league. The team is owned by the Haslam family, along with the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. The Crew won their first MLS Cup championship in 2008 and also won the 2002 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and the 2004, 2008, and 2009 Supporters' Shields. The Crew has qualified for the MLS Cup playoffs twelve times in their history, winning the Eastern Conference Championship in 2015 and 2020. The team's head coach is Caleb Porter. New York Red Bulls FC is an American professional soccer club based in Harrison, New Jersey. They compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. The club was established in 1995 as the New York/New Jersey MetroStars. The team's name was changed to Red Bulls in 2006, and their home stadium is Red Bull Arena. The team is coached by Chris Armas and led by goalkeeper Luis Robles.
