Cardiff City FC is a professional football club based in Cardiff, Wales. It is one of only two Welsh clubs to have played in the Premier League, joining Swansea City in 2011–12, and the only Welsh club to have reached the final of a major European competition, the final of the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1968. Nottingham Forest Football Club is an English professional football club based in Nottingham, England. Founded in 1865, Forest are now considered one of the oldest football clubs in the world. Forest are currently competing in the EFL Championship, the second tier of English football. The club's home ground is the City Ground, where they have played since 1898.
