Founded in 1903, Racing Club was one of the founding members of the Argentine Football Association and is one of the most successful teams in the country, having won a total of 24 Primera División championships, including 13 in the professional era and 11 in the amateur era. Racing Club also holds the record for most titles won in the Copa Argentina, with seven. The club has also won two Copa Libertadores titles and one Supercopa Sudamericana.
