Kusatsu FC is a football club based in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. The club currently plays in the Japan Football League, the third tier of Japanese football. The club was founded in 1965 as Kusatsu Soccer Club and has been playing in the Shiga Prefectural League since then. In 2003, the club joined the Japan Football League and has been playing in the league since then. The club's home stadium is the Kusatsu Soccer Stadium, which has a capacity of 7,000. Shimizu S-Pulse FC is a Japanese professional football club based in Shimizu-ku, Shizuoka Prefecture. The team plays in the J1 League, the top tier of the Japanese football league system. Founded in 1991, the team has a long history of success in the J. League, winning the J. League Championship in 1996 and finishing as runners-up in the Emperor's Cup three times. The team also reached the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League in 2012. The team plays its home matches at IAI Stadium Nihondaira and is managed by Tsutomu Takahata.
